I’m Stan McLean with the software division of White Systems, and I’m the VP of System Sales. I’ve been with the software division, the Intek element of that, for 33 years. I’ve held nearly every position, and now I’m primarily focused on sales and sales management.
What I enjoy most about my work is really solving problems for customers. So being able to go in and help them out, help them work through their current challenges, automating them and achieving higher levels of performance so they can grow their business.
I feel my role positively impacts the customer experience because we focus very much on solving their problems instead of just selling them a product. We truly get to understand the real problems that need to be solved, and we apply our solutions to do that. Integrity is the number one value that drives me, so I want to make sure whatever I commit to, I can deliver to our customers.
When not working I spend most of my time with my wife and our grandkids. We have four grandkids, and counting, and we’re involved in all the normal activities surrounding them, and this is something that we really enjoy. I’m also an avid mountain biker and golfer, and enjoy a number of other activities.
